      Antigua wedding requirements

  • 48 hours residency which must include 1 business day (holidays not included).
  • Full birth certificates showing both parents names.
  • A valid 10 year passport.
  • If either party was divorced, all pages of court certified Decree Absolute or a certified copy of the Final Judgement.
  • If either party was previously married and windowed, a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate in respect of the deceased spouse.
  • Legal name changes or legal adoption papers (if applicable).
  • Strict dress code - no tight or revealing clothes
