  •  Full birth certificates showing both parents names.
  •  A valid 10 year passport.
  •  If either party was divorced, all pages of court certified Decree Absolute or a certified copy of the Final Judgement.
  •  If either party was previously married and windowed, a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate in respect of the deceased spouse.
