The team was brought together by the two of us, Elise and Lesley; friends since we were two years old! Knowing each others strengths and aspirations we pooled our talents, resources and network of business and personal contacts in the UK and the Caribbean together, to form a winning team. Whether we plan a Caribbean destination wedding or a UK Wedding or event it would be our pleasure to put our extensive experience to work for you.

 

 

Elise

 

 

I was a Human Resources Service Delivery Manager with a 20 year Investment Banking background. My role was to deliver a comprehensive service to the business with service level agreements to be adhered to. I managed a team with the aim to exceed the expectations of the business. In my spare time I designed invitations for friends and family for special occasions and assisted in the co-ordination of these events and the dressing of the venue. With my service delivery experience and my creativity I felt that it was a natural step to go into Wedding and Event planning. Lesley

 

I was a director level Personal Assistant for 20 years in the Telecommunications, Housing and Health Industries. Always working alongside senior management I was able to hone my skills managing a challenging workload including event management, arranging travel and itineraries, diary and e-mail management. I have strong organisational skills alongside effective communication and interpersonal skills which were paramount to my role. I felt that my passion for organising and my love of the Caribbean meant that being a UK and Caribbean Wedding and Event Planner was the perfect job for me!
