What can a Wedding Planner do for me?

• Carry out the many hours of groundwork, coordination and planning of your wedding using our professional expertise;
• Create a detailed schedule of the day, confirm timings with suppliers, co-ordinate the day, be on hand for problem solving and have contingency plans and an emergency kit;
• Hold your hand through the process and provide you with peace of mind and a stress free wedding, professionally planned to your specification.

 Do I need a wedding/event planner?

The best thing to do is ask someone who has planned their own wedding or event.   Ask them if they enjoyed the process and more importantly ask them if they were stressed on the day.  Be prepared for some honest feedback!   A wedding takes approximately 300 hours to plan.  You start off excited and enthusiastic, finding out information,  looking for products and services.  As time goes on however, trying to source, select, organise and co-ordinate people, products and services can soon become a stressful and time consuming chore. 

Anyone who wants a professionally planned wedding or event with little or no stress would benefit from a wedding and event planner.   Even giving roles to well intentioned but inexperienced family and friends who may not have the knowledge,  expertise or perhaps the temperament to perform the role they have been given brings challenges.  Each person will have their own idea of what is important or what should or shouldn't be done, tempers can get frayed and family politics can come into play.   You and your wedding party should be able to enjoy the day and not have the dual role of being guest and organiser.

Sit  back in the knowledge that all the arrangements have been taken care of because there is a professional, neutral third party to plan, organise and co-coordinate the event and to be on hand for any glitches.   A wedding planner gives you peace of mind and does all the hard work for you.

For Caribbean weddings we will come to you, wherever you are in the UK, for the initial complimentary consultation.    If you choose to utilise our services we will arrange the wedding for you and keep you up to date by phone and e-mail of all proceedings.

For UK weddings, we can plan weddings in London and the surrounding areas of  Surrey, Kent, Essex, Bucks, Berkshire and Hertfordshire.
